Dr. Aneesh Komanduri earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas. His research interests broadly span causal inference, generative modeling, and reasoning in large language models. Specifically, his research has focused on developing fundamental methods for integrating cause-and-effect reasoning into generative AI systems. He is currently interested in developing robust, trustworthy, and interpretable AI systems to improve clinical decision-making. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring local coffee shops, playing pickleball, and traveling.
